Refund is money returned to a payer or the act of returning money received earlier.
A refund usually refers to the reimbursement of funds to a customer for a product or service provided, for reasons such as defects in merchandise or dissatisfaction with labour performed. Refunds may be partial (only a part of the amount is refunded) or full (the entire amount is refunded). There may be several reasons for refunding a payment such as incorrect charge, cancellation, or unsatisfactory service.
You can request a refund of the payment from Spoynt if the payment service used for the transaction provides such option and if you have sufficient funds to refund in the linked currency account.
You can also request a partial refund several times until the sum of the transactions becomes 0.00 in the used currency.
Keep in mind
Refund transactions have no reverse action. If you made the funds' return erroneously, it is necessary to request a chargeback: to apply to the bank or the administration of the payment service to cancel the transaction.
